• SECURITY: TicketBay is known for providing a good and secure ticketing system, We protect every personal and important information you share on our website through our secure payment processor. This means every card details you input on our site is encrypted and processed in a secure enviroment.
• PRICING POLICY: TicketBay aims at giving you the best ticket deals campared to other platforms, TicketBay charges a booking fee of 10% however large events or expensive tickets would be discounted based on the management’s disgression.

This booking fee is used to cater for our merchant fees, credit/debit card processing services, and other essential services we render as a ticketing company.

• RELATIONSHIP: TicketBay only possesses an independent contractor relationship with its users, therefore no TicketBay officer, agent, employee or representative will be regarded as partners, joint ventures or agent of the other.
• BOOKING/ORDER: When booking a ticket or purchasing a service, we may request for some information such as Name, Email and financial information for payment of your services. We use this information to process your orders and also to contact you should in case there’s an error. We may send you newsletters and updates you with event deals, however you have the right to opt-out of our services such as features update or newsletter.
• THIRD PARTY POLICY: TicketBay Company won’t be responsible for policy of any other third party site once you exit TicketBay website.
